Hello! I am so glad you are here. I am Ashley Heinrich, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and founder of Rootfully Nourished. Teaching others to eat foods to truly nourish their body is something that I have a deep-rooted passion for. Why? Who doesn’t like to truly feel their best every day and in reality, God gave each of us only one body so let’s make taking care of it, including optimally nourishing it, a top priority.
